sleep ? Oh man

                 it's time to sleeeeeppp, my brain would say that everytime i realize it's late night enough. laptop, tv , and cellphone can't stop be the greatest distraction for me. they always chasing away drowsiness, just a minute, they're sitting pretty . because i will stick with them for more than 3hours.
i lost some hours of my bedtime -_- before i had insomniac, i can't sleep until 3 days. but now i successfully cure it. a doctor said to me that sleep is very important, at first i didn't believe it because i think we can use the time effectively than we use it to sleep. i'm wrong, totally wrong. look at the table bellow, this is just a bit of disadvantages :s

hmm, i dont even think that lack of sleep have damn scary effect like this xc
so i have some tips :3

    1. avoid gadgets 30 minutes before you want to sleep
    2.drink warm milk before you want to sleep
    3.relax , take a deep breath
    4.don't think too hard
    5.pray O:)

teenagers need more than 8-8.5 hours to sleep, use your time wisely. you'll get tons of advantages :))
did you know, if you get enough sleep you don't need any alarm to wakes you up, you'll awake naturally and it feels so gruhreaattttssss <3
